If you’re looking for some controversy, research and discussions with residents suggest that certain city officials in Redondo Beach might be in violation of a specific ordinance. Over the last five years, there have been no recorded violations, accidents, or prosecutions under this ordinance—except for me. When I brought up my concerns at a recent town hall, a city official admitted to similar issues but laughed it off, saying, “Haha, but you got caught.”
These dormant and unenforced ordinances need to be addressed. We must advocate for change, rally support, and spread the word about this situation. Let’s work together to bring about the change our community needs.
